We are looking for a Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at PARAMATTA WESTFIELD on a fixed-term contract until September 2027.

Achieve KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
Recruit, mentor and motivate a team
Stock management
Visual merchandising

Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
Excellent communication skills
Extensive people management skills
Strong attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
