About the Role

OneTrust is defining a new category of software in AI Governance, Privacy, Risk, and Trust Intelligence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the SE Center of Excellence (CoE), contributing strategic input, building AI-powered tools, and shaping best practices to enhance the effectiveness of global Solution Engineering teams. Interns will gain firsthand experience in deal wins, customer growth, and market influence.

Responsibilities

Support the full breadth of the SE CoE, including RFX, DemoX, and Value Engineering.
Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered tools and automations to reduce repetitive work and improve Solution Engineer effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities and co-lead initiatives for scalable tools, templates, and best-practice assets.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Product Management/Marketing.
Contribute to competitive engagements by differentiating OneTrust from other vendors.
Assist in translating customer business challenges into solutions within the product portfolio.
Develop skills to showcase the strategic and quantitative value of the solution in engagements.

Requirements

Working towards a degree in Technology & Management, Business & Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent program.
Curiosity about AI and excitement for building tools and automations.
Prior experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or a similar fast-paced environment, particularly through internships.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous and dynamic situations.
Ability to think innovatively and beyond conventional boundaries.
Approaching complex problems with a data mindset and working in a structured manner.
Enjoy acquiring proficiency in new topics.
Collaborative and team-oriented.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
Able to grasp the strategic big picture while managing task details.
Eligible to sign an internship agreement via your University.
