About the Role
Pulse is recruiting experienced Service Delivery Leads for a pivotal project supporting Our Future Health, the UK’s largest health research programme designed to help people live healthier lives for longer. Successful candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding of site operations and participant flow, ensuring consistent patient experience and embedding best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomists, focusing on day-to-day delivery of excellent quality care.
- Ensure all clinical governance and compliance targets are met.
- Help ensure services are safe and delivered seamlessly.
- Support Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist breaks.
- Oversee staff attendance and scheduling.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries.
Requirements
- Phlebotomy Certificate
- Minimum of one year’s active experience drawing blood
- Right to Work in the UK
