About the Role

Pulse is recruiting experienced Service Delivery Leads for a role across South East London supporting the Our Future Health programme, the UK’s largest ever health research programme designed to help people live healthier lives for longer. Successful candidates will spend time at other operating sites to build understanding of service operations, participant flow, and ensure consistent patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomists, focusing on day-to-day delivery of excellent quality care.
  • Ensure all clinical governance and compliance targets are met.
  • Help ensure services are safe and delivered seamlessly.
  • Support Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist breaks.
  • Oversee staff attendance and scheduling.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries.

Requirements

  • Phlebotomy Certificate
  • Minimum of one year’s active experience drawing blood
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Service Delivery Lead experience (desirable but not essential)
