About the Role
This role involves partnering with clinical teams in residential aged care homes to review, develop, and enhance resident care plans and clinical documentation. The position requires travel to sites across NSW, with stays of approximately one week per location. It is a Monday to Friday role, not shift work, with opportunities to return home between project rotations.

Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Extensive experience within Australian Residential Aged Care
- Advanced knowledge of care planning and clinical documentation
- Experience with eCase & Bestmed
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to quickly build rapport with onsite teams
- Current driver's licence
- Willingness to travel throughout NSW
