About the Role

We are looking for a driven, curious, and highly organized Customer Success Representative (CSR) who loves helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will interact with our users (math teachers all over Germany), answering their questions, resolving support requests, and helping them overcome any challenges they encounter while using the platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues primarily through our support chat, as well as by phone and email.
• Act as the first point of contact for bugs reported by users, investigating and communicating them internally to our Product team.
• Manage our customer-facing Help Center.
• Create instructional guides.
• Set up user accounts within the platform.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing service role.
• Fluent in German (native) and English.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
• Completed secondary education (e.g. Abitur, Fachabitur, or equivalent).
• Comfortable learning new technologies.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver world-class customer service even under pressure.
• Experience with Excel is a plus.
• Basic SQL is a plus.
