About the Role
Pluralis Research is conducting foundational research on Protocol Learning, a method for multi-participant training of foundation models. This role offers an excellent entry point into a startup, providing exposure to all facets of an AI business and direct work with the executive team during a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive go-to-market strategy and execution, supporting growth and partnerships initiatives.
- Build and maintain operational infrastructure, including processes, tooling, and reporting.
- Undertake strategic projects across partnerships, community, marketing, and ecosystem development.
- Directly support the founder and Chief of Staff in daily business operations.
- Proactively identify and execute the most critical tasks each week.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting (tier-1), high-growth startup operations, or venture capital.
- Demonstrated bias toward action and initiative.
- Proficiency in building models, analyzing data, and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting professional memos and influencing executive teams.
- Genuine interest in AI, including current models, decentralized systems, or frontier technology.
- Full working rights and based in Australia.
- Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
