About the Role
This part-time (21 hours per week) 12-month fixed-term contract role provides high-level, hands-on support to partners and the associate team within the CTFS team. The successful candidate will support one Partner, acting as a confident, client-facing point of contact and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing busy diaries with constantly changing priorities
- Handling expenses, billing and disbursement queries
- Managing matter openings end to end, including conflict checks and engagement letters
- Acting as a confident, client-facing point of contact
- Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
- Producing and amending documents as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a professional services environment, with exposure to matter management and billing
