About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee the delivery of breakthrough creative work. This role requires a senior client leader with a strong background in advertising, brand, creative, or integrated agency environments, who can provide strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture senior client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Partner with strategic, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing and communications solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and new business development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients, helping solve complex business challenges.
  • Oversee campaign delivery from briefing through execution, ensuring quality, timing, and budget expectations are met.
  • Manage forecasting, scopes of work, and account profitability.
  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the client services team.
  • Foster strong collaboration across Droga5 and the broader Accenture Song network.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in client leadership, account management, or business leadership roles within an advertising, creative, media, or integrated agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing large or complex client portfolios and building trusted senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial capability, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and account profitability.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative ambition with commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Passion for creativity and its role in delivering business growth.
