Stryker is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of operating theatre and healthcare technology installations in hospitals, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role involves on-site presence to solve problems, coordinate stakeholders, and drive project progress, emphasizing communication and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of operating theatre and healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Support installation activities and be present on-site during key project phases.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones.
- Identify issues early and develop practical solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets regulatory and site requirements.
- Provide regular updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships to create a positive project experience.
Requirements
