About the Role

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to work at Chinese Hospital in San Francisco, CA. This role involves treating patients of all ages in an acute care/skilled nursing setting, contributing to program development, and optimizing patient functional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives.
• Optimize each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program (New Grads Welcome)
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly.
• A sense of professional curiosity, with a desire to learn new things, and to find/recommend solutions to problems.

Skills

• Ability to speak Cantonese or willingness to use a translation device.
