About the Role

This role is designed to drive performance and revenue through new business initiatives and serve as a key liaison between OEMs and Angle Auto Finance field sales teams across Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear OEM pipeline strategy, including account tiering and tailored service models.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing and growth campaigns in partnership with OEMs and AAF, collaborating with internal teams to deliver commercially successful initiatives.
  • Partner with the Head of Corporate to identify, acquire, and onboard new OEM dealer opportunities that drive business growth for AAF.
  • Drive revenue, finance penetration, and overall business performance through strategic initiatives with OEM partners, dealership networks, and retail teams.
  • Identify, develop, and activate new business streams to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all OEM and internal reporting, including monthly performance reporting, competitor analysis, governance meetings, campaign planning, and post-campaign performance reviews.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and OEM marketing guidelines, working closely with OEM partners, AAF Legal, and AAF Operations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Build, influence, and maintain strong strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, establishing trusted long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary liaison between AAF and OEM partners, coordinating engagement and collaboration across all areas of both organisations.
  • Represent AAF through sometimes interstate travel, meeting with OEMs and dealership partners to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through significant transformational change.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail / diligence.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with the ability to communicate confidently with Chinese-speaking customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Dynamic initiative-taker, results driven and adaptable with proven resilience.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, plus you will be someone who balances listening with strong, persuasive, and clearly articulated points of view.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Experience in Auto Finance industry or Finance Services or start up environment.
