About the Role

Deliver high-calibre data & analysis across our brands, ensuring the smooth administration of Performance & Reward activities. Join a fast paced, dynamic team supporting Australia’s largest liquor retail & hospitality organisation. As a Specialist - Performance & Reward Partnering, you will deliver high-calibre data, analytical, and operational support across the organisation. Acting as a key point of contact for routine queries, you will ensure the smooth administration of day-to-day benchmarking requests, cyclical performance timelines, and data integrity checks. You will provide essential tracking and reporting insights that help the broader Partnering stream deliver competitive and equitable remuneration outcomes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Action standard remuneration benchmarking requests in accordance with team SLAs, and provide timely support for general performance and reward queries from People Partners and line managers.
  • Review, action, and monitor transaction workflows via SAP SuccessFactors for standard employee movements, job changes, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Support the coordination of cyclical activities across the annual performance and remuneration review process, including tracking timelines and compiling exception logs.
  • Extract, clean, and consolidate localised data sets from master dashboards to assist with workforce costing, calibration, and reward preparation.
  • Maintain data governance logs to identify and fix discrepancies between system records and approved parameters.
  • Act as an escalation point for queries from Team Hub or Team Services networks.
  • Partner with the Performance & Reward Solutions team to distribute standard communications and toolkits for upcoming remuneration milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience within a corporate Human Resources function or a specialist Reward environment.
  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and proven experience interpreting, validating, and cleaning multiple data records.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (utilising formulas, lookups, and basic pivot tables).
  • Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage highly sensitive compensation data with absolute privacy and confidentiality.
  • High process adherence and organisational skills to manage daily workflow volumes and meet SLAs.
  • Collaborative team player with a curious mindset, proactive in asking questions and double-checking data patterns.
