About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will identify, analyze, and implement changes to digital and business systems. This includes scoping, solution design, development, testing, and validation. You will oversee business-led technology improvements, implement operational changes, and deliver measurable improvements. This is a 6-month contract position.
Responsibilities
- Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Assessing and documenting the current state of business and digital systems processes to identify and recommend improvements
- Analyzing business/functional requirements and objectives, performing gap analysis, and providing recommendations
- Participating in solution design and development activities
- Delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic business outcomes
- Determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions including the identification of any associated risks and opportunity costs
- Testing and validating digital systems and integrations to ensure a high standard of quality assurance
- Identifying business value and how a project aligns to the company’s goals and vision
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to understand departmental processes, data, and reporting requirements to provide expertise/recommendations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (min 2 + years) gained ideally within media, programmatic or digital environment
- Demonstrated experience in systems and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience in databases, data, and network flow mapping
- Demonstrated experience in working with third parties in both delivery and support services
- Strong communication, documentation skills
- A natural problem solver and facilitator
