About the Role
As a Senior ZFA at Dental21, you will take on responsibility for our patients, as well as for the organization and coordination within the team. Our modern, yet family-like practice offers an environment where appreciation, modern technology, personal development, and teamwork are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- You will provide comprehensive care for our patients before, during, and after treatment.
- You will assist with dental treatments and document them digitally.
- You will be responsible for the professional guidance, training, and support of ZFA colleagues.
- You will ensure compliance with hygiene standards and instrument reprocessing.
- You will support practice management with the organization of duty rosters, material orders, and quality management.
- You will be the primary point of contact within the team for questions regarding workflows, processes, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Completed training as a Dental Assistant (ZFA) - mandatory.
- Several years of professional experience in assistance.
- Ideally, initial experience in organization, team coordination, or staff management.
- Careful, structured, and responsible way of working.
- High social competence, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Team spirit and enjoyment in motivating and guiding colleagues.
- Good IT skills, ideally experience with digital practice software.
- Must have a recognized training qualification in Germany.
- Language proficiency of at least B2 level.
