About the Role

A chance to join our thriving HR Transactions team. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager to join our Reward team, specialising in HR Transactions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving people-focused transformation across the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle—from due diligence to integration and separation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that align HR strategy with business objectives during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR transaction workstreams across diligence, integration, and transformation phases.
  • Design and implement operating models and organisational structures for new businesses going through transactions and transformations.
  • Manage change impact assessments, consultation processes, and cultural alignment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their HR strategy during their transaction.
  • Be part of and manage teams to deliver projects for clients.
  • Grow our team through coaching and developing team members.
  • Bringing your bright ideas and integrating AI solutions into your day to day work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR in either consulting or corporate environment, ideally within a transaction or transformation context.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, organisational design, or change management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with private equity or large-scale corporate transactions is a plus.
