About the Role
As the Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to foster an elevated customer experience, drive commercial success, and support a high-performing team. You will assume leadership responsibilities, manage daily operations, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
- Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
- Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
- Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
- Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
- Leadership qualities – you’re a motivator, team player, and positive role model
- High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
- Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
