About the Role

This position serves as the Delivery Lead for Guidewire Suite implementation projects, supporting clients in achieving their business objectives. You will lead multiple teams, manage project plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and engage stakeholders to ensure project success. This role leverages advanced project management skills and insurance industry knowledge to deliver ongoing value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire system development process for Guidewire Suite projects.
• Collaborate with business partners and shared services to create and manage project plans.
• Lead and manage IT program teams using project management processes.
• Resolve project issues and manage risks.
• Conduct project meetings and track progress.
• Ensure vendor performance meets contract specifications and SLAs.
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a vendor on projects for Japanese clients.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management concepts and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with local delivery teams to solve client challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
