About the Role
The Manager, Data Product Management supports the OU data product portfolio and backlog, driving adoption, usage, and change management for data and analytics products across the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit. The role delivers cross-domain analytics initiatives, supports scalable decision science solutions, and champions data-driven decision-making with OU and system partners, ensuring data products are delivered, adopted, and continuously improved.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned data products and backlog items from definition through delivery and adoption.
- Drive adoption, usage, and change management activities, including training, communication, and user support.
- Support delivery of cross-domain analytics initiatives in partnership with engineering and data science.
- Gather business requirements and user feedback to shape product improvements.
- Track product usage, value metrics, and adoption results, reporting progress to leadership.
- Champion data-driven decision-making with business users and system partners.
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics delivery, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience supporting adoption or change management for digital or data solutions.
- Working knowledge of analytics concepts and data platforms.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder skills.
- Business-level Japanese and English required.
