This role is responsible for driving end-to-end integration strategy, execution governance, and operational alignment across enterprise initiatives, enabling scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions that accelerate business value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise integration strategy and execution across global, OU, and bottler ecosystems to ensure scalable and interoperable digital solutions.
  • Lead the deployment, support, and adoption of both global products and tools and OU-specific local/regional digital products, ensuring integration priorities reflect enterprise standards as well as unique local market needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architecture teams, product owners, and delivery teams to align integration priorities with enterprise objectives.
  • Drive integration planning, dependency management, and execution governance across multiple platforms, systems, and data domains.
  • Define and implement integration standards, governance models, APIs, and best practices to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities to ensure successful deployment, testing, cutover, and stabilization of integrated solutions.
  • Identify integration risks, system dependencies, and operational impacts early and proactively drive mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Partner with business teams to translate operational requirements into technical integration capabilities and scalable solution designs.
  • Enable effective data flow, interoperability, and synchronization between enterprise platforms, third-party systems, and bottler environments.
  • Support Agile program execution by managing integration backlogs, release coordination, prioritization, and delivery readiness activities.
  • Drive adoption of integration capabilities through stakeholder engagement, governance forums, training, and operational support models.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, integration tools, AI-enabled automation opportunities, and evolving enterprise architecture needs to improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Partner with vendors, external partners, and system integrators to ensure alignment with enterprise integration standards and delivery expectations.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise integration, digital transformation, technology delivery, program management, or related leadership roles within complex global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, middleware, cloud integration, data flows, and system interoperability principles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional integration initiatives across multiple business domains and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, governance processes, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs.
  • Strong program leadership, structured problem-solving, and executive communication capabilities.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery models and managing integration planning across product-oriented organizations.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders, digital teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled automation, modern integration platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, or bottler ecosystems preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, project/portfolio management platforms, and enterprise collaboration environments.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese and/or South Korea business, market, and culture.
  • Experience deploying and supporting local/regional digital products (e.g., Digital VM, Data Clean Room, RGM Korea, Coke Play Korea) in addition to global Martech/CCL Tech tool rollouts.
  • Experience building or scaling consumer apps in Japan, ideally within vending, retail, or FMCG.
