About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer for a major technology transformation project, focusing on delivering infrastructure services for a new Practice Information Management System (PIMS). This role involves close collaboration with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure technical readiness for deployment and ongoing support. It is a hands-on position for individuals who excel in project delivery, complex infrastructure problem-solving, and working with a diverse Microsoft technology stack.

Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure solutions.
Support the rollout of a new Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
Ensure clinics and hospitals are technically ready for deployment.
Provide ongoing support activities.
Manage the transition from legacy systems to a modern workplace environment.
Deploy applications and ensure endpoint readiness.
Implement printing solutions and ensure clinic infrastructure readiness.
Create technical documentation.
Conduct testing and provide rollout support.

Requirements

Experience delivering infrastructure outcomes within large technology projects.
Comfortable working across multiple technology domains.
Experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
Experience supporting multi-site environments.
Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
Experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors.
