About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical service including installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments.
- Ensure operational compliance and communication by documenting service activities per Health Canada, FDA, and Leica policies.
- Maintain timely communication with internal teams and external customers to meet expectations.
- Represent the company with integrity and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Expand product and application knowledge.
Requirements
- Associate degree, college diploma, or undergraduate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining electronic, electro-mechanical, or refrigeration instruments.
- Proven technical aptitude and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service in field environments.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.
