About the Role
Third Space Therapy is seeking experienced Licensed Supervisors to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists. This role supports telehealth services for the Medicaid community and helps associates accumulate required clinical hours for full licensure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists.
- Provide supervision to associates as they provide telehealth services.
- Guide and mentor emerging therapists.
- Shape the practice's culture and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of New York
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
