About the Role

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a positive checkout experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and supporting various operational processes to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
• Engage customers about the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery standards, including merchandise return and general store upkeep.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs for compliance.
• Interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting company vision and values.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in Canada must satisfy federal, provincial, and local legal requirements.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
