About the Role
Susquehanna seeks an Infrastructure Inventory Specialist to manage technology asset inventory and distribution across APAC. This new role supports the global Infrastructure Inventory team, ensuring accurate asset tracking, efficient logistics, and compliance with firm standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure inventory in the APAC region, collaborating with global and local teams.
- Review and enhance inventory processes to meet growing demand.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT infrastructure assets.
- Coordinate the delivery of technology assets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Develop reports and dashboards on infrastructure asset usage, availability, and demand.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Infrastructure, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Project Management teams for budget forecasting and cost tracking.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and arrange yearly stock takes.
- Build and manage workflows for request handling, fulfillment, and approvals.
- Track and tag all hardware assets and coordinate inbound reception with local partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure inventory best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience in large-scale manufacturing, logistics, corporate or retail stockroom, technical retail sales, or inventory management.
- At least 2 years of experience in international logistics, with strong knowledge of shipping processes and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in Ticketing systems like Jira and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table).
- Proven experience in IT asset management, infrastructure management, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (such as Great Plains or ReQlogic) is a plus.
- Experience with IT assets like Arista, Cisco, Dell is a plus.
- Ability to travel 2 to 3 times a year for inventory stock take.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms boxes.
