About the Role
As a member of the Product Owner Board, you will create requirement analyses, conceptualize, and manage a SCRUM team. You will identify opportunities, risks, business impact, and efforts. You will actively participate in roadmap planning, tracking, and the change request process. You will maintain cross-departmental collaboration with R&D, QA, Operations, and Professional Services. You will also provide occasional support for individual customer projects.

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Product Management (IT/Web/Cloud).
- Very good understanding of Software Development, IT, and Infrastructure.
- Ideally, experience in eHealth and Machine Learning.
- Experience in the technical management of decentralized development teams and several years of experience with SCRUM.
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility (Product Owner) and good communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions effectively based on knowledge and insights.
- Good knowledge of standard Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Very good German and English skills.
