Responsibilities

• Independently and punctually organize, carry out, and manage construction sites in regular coordination with site management.
• Plan and instruct trade employees.
• Attend construction meetings.
• Monitor and document construction progress.
• Participate in the deployment planning and coordination of subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain the construction log in coordination with site managers.
• Comply with and regularly check work safety regulations.

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical or vocational training, and are a certified site manager, master craftsman, or construction technician in structural engineering.
• Several years of professional experience as a site manager for structural engineering.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications.
• High level of teamwork, sense of responsibility, and commercial understanding.
• Possess a Class B driver's license.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
