About the Role
Join our team of Academic Competition Champions as an Olympiad Competition Tutor. You will work with talented students globally, helping them master advanced concepts and refine critical thinking and problem-solving skills for national and international Olympiad competitions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, rigorous tutoring sessions in advanced Olympiad subjects for students preparing for Olympiads and related competitions.
- Tailor instruction to each student’s level and competition goals, emphasizing analytical thinking and mastery of challenging Olympiad-style problems.
- Apply Olympiad expertise to teach advanced problem-solving strategies, deepen conceptual understanding, and connect key topics within the subject area.
- Maintain consistent communication by tracking progress, setting clear study goals, and providing guidance on practice materials and exam preparation.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in subject area at a college level, with Olympiad-level mastery required.
- Experience with national or international Olympiads (competitor, tutor, or instructor).
- Proven ability to break down complex concepts and motivate students in high-pressure, competitive environments.
- Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
- Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week.
- Genuine passion for education, academic excellence, and supporting students in achieving top-tier competition results.
