Responsibilities

  • Conceive and successfully implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Targeted acquisition of new, attractive customers in the energy industry.
  • Create customized, compelling offers for target customers.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in Business Development, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Expertise from the engineering or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, offer creation, and project management in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of the energy industry, including customer challenges and trends.
  • Strong sales mentality, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Very good command of German (written and spoken).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness for regular business travel within Germany.
