Prepares and cooks food products according to company standards and procedures, ensuring timely, clean, and orderly task completion.

Sets up the batter table, collects necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
Ensures call sheets are complete, posted, and utilized.
Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to management.
Balances fryers and maintains proper shortening levels.
Filters and cleans fryers according to safety guidelines and provided equipment.
Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs.
Prepares and cooks food products based on business demand and management direction.
Ensures all food products meet specified standards, procedures, and quality, adhering to holding times.
Maintains a clean work area using "clean-as-you-go" practices, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
Verifies adequate stock of necessary products and supplies at the batter area.
Maintains organization and cleanliness of the cooler.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk on hard floors for up to eight hours.
Must be able to frequently lift and stack 35 to 50 pounds of food and supply items.
Must be able to occasionally carry individual stock items weighing up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pound trash bags.
Must be able to frequently push or pull batter table, filter machine, trash cans, brooms, mops, and mop buckets.
Must be able to occasionally to frequently climb a foot stool or ladder.
Must be able to frequently stoop or squat.
Must be able to continuously reach overhead, forward, and underneath various equipment and surfaces.
Must be able to continuously handle a variety of items including dairy, produce, condiments, meat/poultry, bulk stock, and paper work.
Must be able to continuously use fingers to prepare food and unload boxes.
Must be able to continuously communicate with and listen to customers, management, and team members.
Must be able to continuously see to be aware of surroundings and perform job duties.
