About the Role
Lead our Toddler classroom and create an engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day. Work with The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, mentor Assistant Teachers, partner with families, and support toddlers as they develop communication, independence, and social-emotional skills.

- Mentor Assistant Teachers
- Partner with families
- Support toddlers as they develop communication, independence, and social-emotional skills
Requirements
- BA, AA in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or High School Diploma with five years of early childhood experience
- Previous Lead Teacher experience preferred
- Must meet New York licensing requirements
