About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the projects under GreenRow’s VP, participating on both the operational and creative sides of the business. The role involves developing key project milestones and coordinating activities between various teams, as well as building supplier/vendor relationships to improve processes and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the timing and delivery of multiple projects
  • Develop, communicate and drive the key project milestones for photoshoots, design projects, and collaborations
  • Organize shot lists, photoshoots, and set/location needs
  • Assist Creative Director with special projects & events
  • Manage budgets and timelines for above projects
  • Work closely with merchant and digital teams to understand and align on calendar and timing
  • Support store visual needs
  • Assist with development of creative resources and partnerships

Requirements

  • Comfort with Microsoft excel & Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe suite
