About the Role
As a Store Merchandising Representative, you will provide excellent merchandising and customer service in a customer-facing role with a fixed, part-time schedule. Your main goal will be to keep displays clean and stocked while meeting customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow client company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Cut keys to customers' specifications.
- Stock product and report out-of-stocks.
- Demonstrate and train associates and customers on products.
- Guide customers on the benefits and features of the Minute Key machine.
- Cross-merchandise products, replace missing or worn labels, POPs, and racks.
- Attend promotional in-store events.
- Perform physical work necessary to tear down and/or assemble store displays.
- Complete surveys as directed.
- Maintain key machines.
- Help train store personnel in key activity.
- Keep daily logs as instructed by the store manager.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Show up each day with understanding and patience, as duties can change as needed.
Requirements
- A desire to serve others.
- Enjoyment in working independently with a variety of work.
- Own transportation.
- Experience reading and setting planograms.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally ascend and descend ladders for stocking and fixtures.
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, twist, climb, kneel, see, and move as necessary to perform essential functions.
- Ability to stand 5+ hours on concrete floors.
- Ability to position self to move according to directions.
- Ability to withstand extreme temperature conditions and weather conditions.
