About the Role

Spin Master is seeking a strategic leader to plan and procure inventory, meeting global demand while optimizing inventory turns and working capital. This role involves managing the North American supply planning team and driving global alignment on capacity planning, allocations, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop the North American supply planning team.
• Drive global standardization on supply capacity planning, global allocations, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Asia planning teams and regional supply teams in Europe, Australia, and Mexico for cohesive global supply execution.
• Oversee supply planning functions, converting demand plans into master production schedules and procurement plans to resolve supply constraints.
• Lead Global SOP Supply Alignment meetings and co-lead the global SOP cycle, presenting capacity constraints and solutions to senior leadership.
• Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to identify supply gaps, align on product allocation processes, and drive risk-mitigation strategies.
• Drive the global monthly buy proposal, managing executive sign-off and distributing alignment materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain systems, tools, and processes for increased efficiency, future business integrations, and enhanced customer service.

Requirements

• Proven track record of progressive leadership in supply chain.
• Deep expertise in global supply planning, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professional supply planners.
• Expertise leading or playing a critical role in formal Sales Operations Planning (SOP) processes and managing Master Production Scheduling (MPS) across complex supply networks.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing inventory turns, working capital, and customer fill rates.
• Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), fashion, retail, or the toy industry.
