About the Role
As a Senior People Partner, you will be embedded within our Engineering, Product, Design and Marketing teams, working closely with leaders to drive organizational health, talent strategy, and people programs that advance the business. This role is crucial during a period of significant integration and scaling across multiple business units and functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with C-suite executive team members to drive execution and people strategy for their organizations.
- Build deep business understanding and strong relationships across all organizational levels to effectively coach through various people situations, including org design, performance, change management, and headcount management.
- Drive talent strategy to ensure the development of high-performing teams, managing talent reviews, calibrations, and performance management end-to-end.
- Collaborate and advise across the People team (L&D, Compensation, Ops, Recruiting) to build and execute programs and projects such as leveling and equity programs.
- Partner with leaders, finance, and recruiting to translate business priorities into appropriate team structures and people investments, including headcount planning and enabling hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people partner experience, preferably at scaling companies with a background in building.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build high-trust relationships across all organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
- Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design, and/or Marketing organizations is preferred.
- Strong judgment for navigating complex and sensitive employee situations, combining speed, structure, and genuine care.
- Experience partnering with other People teams and business partners such as Finance and Recruiting.
- Ability to build and determine solutions collaboratively with cross-functional partners, rather than solely executing existing processes.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes and engage credibly with senior leaders.
- Experience owning talent calibrations, leveling exercises, and performance management end-to-end.
