About the Role

Drive enterprise technology initiatives that improve business processes, enhance identity and access management, and deliver high-impact system solutions. CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to lead complex business analysis efforts, coordinate cross-functional projects, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in business systems analysis, Identity & Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, and enterprise application integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex business systems analysis projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to document functional requirements and recommend technology solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test plans, test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Serve as the functional lead for enterprise applications and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze system interfaces, identity lifecycle processes, data flows, and integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Support regulatory, compliance, conversion, acquisition, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, estimates, milestones, and issue resolution activities.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on business analysis and testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of combined higher education and/or business systems analysis experience.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management concepts.
  • Experience with system interfaces, databases, and enterprise data flows.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and integrated business applications.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
