About the Role

The Learning Technology Coordinator provides first-level technical and administrative support for KPMG's learning technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, Kaltura, and Credly. This role involves resolving inquiries, supporting learning professionals, and ensuring the effective use of these platforms to enhance the learner experience and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including system maintenance, resource creation, and addressing usage challenges.
  • Consult with internal learning professionals on systems capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions that prioritize learner experience and business requirements.
  • Facilitate the effective use of learning technology platforms through the creation or modification of courses, plans, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
  • Support the end-to-end design, preparation, and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous video-based learning via virtual classroom sessions, including moderation and support.
  • Produce standard and customized reports for quality assurance, trend identification, risk assessment, and stakeholder visibility.
  • Investigate and resolve platform functionality inquiries, monitor usage, respond to escalations, identify trends, and propose and action solutions.
  • Perform platform-based maintenance and data integrity activities, including system audits and data cleanups.
  • Leverage the ServiceNow intake and automated ticketing system to prioritize and respond to inquiries within established SLA standards.
  • Perform other duties in support of the broader Digital Learning portfolio as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of business experience in technology-based training administration/delivery in a service-oriented, fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience with learning technology administration, including first-level support.
  • Results-oriented approach with the ability to complete high-quality deliverables on time while managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client-focused mindset, working with individuals at all levels within the matrixed organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems, and propose efficiencies to existing processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment, with demonstrated experience owning work and delivering quality.
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Written and oral fluency in English.
