About the Role
Gravitee is seeking a passionate, curious, and ambitious Product Manager to define and own product roadmaps, work closely with engineering teams, and gather user needs globally. This role involves prototyping new features using AI-assisted development, reporting on key metrics, and presenting solutions to customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap around several Gravitee products.
- Work closely with the engineering teams through product discovery, design, and development lifecycle.
- Collect, understand and prioritize needs of users globally to inform product iterations and communicate those needs clearly to the team and the business.
- Prototype new products and features by using the latest advances in AI-assisted development.
- Develop and report on key metrics associated with your product, crafting action plans as needed based on insights and trends.
- Present, discover and present solutions in front of customers and prospects with field teams.
- Communicate and present product & growth strategy needs to engineers, designers and business teams.
- Perform analysis and gather market insights about competitor landscape on an on-going basis.
- Collaborate with UI/UX team on crafting human-centered customer experiences and a great product onboarding experience.
- Support product marketing and sales enablement to craft customer-focused messaging and content.
Requirements
- A drive and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills, including use of AI to accelerate different phases of the product function.
- Strong technical background, ideally in engineering, or managing highly technical products.
- Advantageous to have been in roles that sit between the software and customer, such as solutions engineering, consulting or customer success.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders and public audiences verbally and in writing.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and adjacent technologies.
- Foundational knowledge and excitement about technologies like AI, cloud computing, event-driven architecture, and security.
- Care deeply about quality, clarity, and impact.
- Are curious, adaptable, and excited by emerging technologies like AI.
- Take ownership and follow through.
- Value collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement.
- Worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source is a plus.
