Mazda White Plains is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for customer service to join their new dealership. This is an opportunity to be part of a ground-level team with significant growth and income potential, working alongside supportive management.
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide clients in the showroom and on the phone.
- Engage in conversation with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Interact with managers and employees to ensure clients receive excellent care.
- Perform administrative functions including stocking in cars, handling deposits, and assisting managers with the CRM system.
- Maintain knowledge of new models and used car inventory.
- Assist the sales team in cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance daily.
