About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Cross Border line of business in Toronto, Canada. This role reports to the SVP of Global Enterprise Management and collaborates with the Account Management team to ensure clients utilize Corpay's full suite of offerings, including Treasury Management and Risk solutions. The position also involves working with Sales, Sales Enablement, Compliance, Cross Border Support, Marketing, Product, and Technical Sales to ensure comprehensive account management and add value throughout client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results through exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities, client expectations, and escalations with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
  • Ensure positive team dynamics and liaise with various Cross Functional departments.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive profitability, create proposals, support partner Sales teams, and secure revenue streams.
  • Assist the Account Management team in supporting clients throughout the payment process.
  • Understand Corpay Go-To-Market strategies, workflow solutioning, API integration, and Product and Services offerings to drive adoption.
  • Analyze requests and provide timely information and resolutions.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information.
  • Follow best practices and work independently and with a hybrid team.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients.
  • Work with internal teams to respond to and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining SLAs.
  • Adhere to Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory obligations, including customer verifications and 'Know Your Customer' protocols.
  • Successfully handle obstacles, move milestones through established processes with accuracy, and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide professional service and manage internal hurdles discreetly.
  • Work quickly to resolve customer issues.
  • Proactively monitor internal systems and processes to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experience and preferences.
