About the Role

As a Bilingual Account Supervisor at Ogilvy, you will be a pivotal partner in clients' journeys and a cornerstone of the agency's success. You will represent Ogilvy, serving as a trusted advisor for mid-level clients. Collaborating with account leadership, you'll drive operational discipline, ensure delivery excellence, accelerate speed to market, optimize resources, and manage profitability. We seek efficient operators with commercial acumen and a strong understanding of business and financial principles. You will add value by rigorously interrogating client briefs and assignments to solve broader business challenges. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day project contact, connecting clients, creative teams, and agency partners.
  • Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines, communicating changes to the internal team.
  • Facilitate the development of insightful strategies and compelling briefs with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as an influencer on the efficiency and quality of deliverables, advocating for the agency and client.
  • Mobilize and inspire integrated teams to foster progress, decisive action, and measurable results.
  • Present work from a delivery standpoint, articulating value and strategic intent.
  • Understand staffing and scoping requirements, managing client budgets, costs, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Serve as a mentor, coach, or direct manager to junior team members, supporting their growth.
  • Champion the development and maintenance of high team effectiveness, fostering trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments, understanding each department's role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant, client-facing industry experience with a proven track record in managing the 'making' and delivery of exceptional work.
  • Breadth of experience across several different accounts, delivering programs in at least three distinct capabilities (e.g., B2C, B2B, retail, CPG, digital, tech, PR & influence).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations, with a solid working understanding of Ogilvy’s capabilities.
  • Strong background in strategy and development of programs, with the ability to provide strategic and solid thinking to clients.
  • A curious and lifelong learner, eager to adapt and evolve in a dynamic industry.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, capable of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Documented experience in forming strong and lasting client relationships at lower-to-mid-levels.
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver projects on budget and on time, showcasing strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Developing commercial abilities and strong business and financial acumen.
  • Nuanced understanding of the agency’s internal processes and how they strategically align with client business objectives.
  • Strong internal relationships, particularly with creative teams.
  • A keen listener with the ability to read people and dynamics within a room, adapting communication style effectively.
  • Exhibits strong accountability and a calm, confident presence, even in challenging situations.
