About the Role
DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the New Verticals, Enterprise Partnerships team to drive strategy execution for major Retail and Grocery partnerships in Australia. This role is crucial for DoorDash's success in the region, focusing on growth plans, quality improvement, and data insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage a key book of business within the Retail space
- Engage with retail partners to grow sales, improve quality, and deliver data insights
- Act as the liaison between partners and DoorDash teams (growth, merchandising, marketing, operations)
- Execute growth strategies and targeted campaigns for large retail partners
- Oversee partner-specific needs including POS integrations, reporting, catalogue optimization, marketing, and operational improvements
- Build direct relationships with key contacts at partner organizations
- Report directly to the Manager of Retail Partnerships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Client Management, or Sales
- Experience with data, specifically SQL
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ability to translate broad challenges into actionable projects with clear goals
