About the Role
You will support Engineering leaders and their teams, serving as their go-to person for calendar management, team-building activities, and project management. You will report to the Executive Business Partner on the Engineering Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Help keep teams organized and efficient by proactively moving conflicts and enabling leaders to make an impact.
- Promote team culture and cohesion.
- Plan and oversee events for the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Handle highly confidential information.
- Be an integral part of the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in event planning, project planning, and budgeting.
- History of being a top operator in a growing organization (e.g., tech startup, large tech company, or similar).
- Enjoy diagnosing issues and implementing creative solutions to solve challenges.
- Adaptable in a shifting environment.
Skills
- Expertise with G-suite tools, including Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc.
