About the Role

Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions. In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting, working closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals
  • Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school and agency standards
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen clinical skills

Requirements

  • Availability for full school-day hours, Monday through Friday
  • Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Previous school-based or special education experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to school districts
  • Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
