About the Role

Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions. In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting, working closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals
Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school and agency standards
Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen clinical skills

Requirements

Availability for full school-day hours, Monday through Friday
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
Previous school-based or special education experience (preferred)
Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is a plus
Reliable transportation to school districts
Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
