About the Role

The role involves developing a specialized project to analyze, evaluate, and provide methodological support in structuring a digital ecosystem/platform for a financial services company in Colombia. This includes establishing a viable, scalable, and compliant transactional model that connects strategy, financial products, technological architecture, and operational model.

Responsibilities

• Define functional specifications for digital solutions in the financial sector.
• Design organizational architecture for implementing digital platforms and ecosystems in the financial and insurance sectors.
• Understand the monetization of channels.
• Develop digital ecosystems with B2B, B2C, and B2B2C capabilities.
• Create strategies for delivering services to populations with low digital adoption.
• Implement omnichannel and open banking strategies.
• Establish service outsourcing models through digital ecosystems.
• Apply AI in the ecosystem to support operations, customers, and processes.
• Ensure cybersecurity within the digital ecosystem.
• Focus on Digital UX/UI.
• Act as a Behavioral Consultant or UX Researcher, applying expertise in social language, consumer behavior, and anthropology.
• Provide a realistic diagnosis of the current state (AS IS).
• Create a high-level conceptual architectural blueprint aligned with functional design.
• Develop an executable roadmap with priorities (90 days and 6-12 months), identifying MVPs with a focus on user experience (UX), including required effort and estimated costs.
• Define the operational model and required capabilities to prevent future fragmentation of the digital ecosystem/platform.
• Analyze and recommend the strategic approach: develop (Build) vs. acquire (Buy).

Requirements

• Certified experience in relevant projects including financial digital solutions, organizational architecture, B2B/B2C/B2B2C ecosystems, low digital adoption, omnichannel/open banking, outsourcing, applied AI, cybersecurity, and UX/UI.
• Experience with BIAN, DAMA, EDA, API-First frameworks.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP Security), FinOps.
• Experience with SARLAFT / AML.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Cloud (Azure).
• Ability to influence and interact with teams to gather necessary inputs/data.
• Autonomous, problem-solving, and proactive profile, capable of becoming productive quickly, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating initiative through strategic questions.
• Demonstrable experience in financial services (desirable, not mandatory).
