Responsibilities
- Develop students’ Individualized Education Plans.
- Develop and implement lesson plans incorporating goals/objectives from all disciplines of each student's IEP.
- Implement and monitor behavior and classroom management plans/techniques.
- Develop and adhere to an established daily schedule, making modifications/adjustments as required.
- Maintain communication with the classroom team, parents, and program directors regarding students' performance.
- Reinforce appropriate student behavior utilizing progressive discipline techniques.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor clear expectations for students and classroom staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education

Salary/Compensations
- $47,170.50 - $64,470.45
