Responsibilities

  • Develop the product narrative, including positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story.
  • Design the zero-to-one go-to-market strategy, covering audience, channel, pricing, packaging, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
  • Lead product launches end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams around a unified strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Build commercialization programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops to drive pipeline, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Work deeply with Product and Engineering to understand product architecture, data, constraints, and trust models.
  • Create a customer learning system by developing direct relationships with buyers and users, conducting structured discovery, and capturing feedback.
  • Own the business scorecard, defining key indicators, diagnosing performance, and recommending interventions.
  • Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and workflows.
  • Build a repeatable playbook for bringing emerging products from customer signal to scaled growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function.
  • Significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
  • Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line from early discovery through launch and adoption.
  • A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
  • Strong customer instincts with the ability to run discovery, identify workflow and buying problems, and differentiate market signals.
  • Technical and operational fluency to learn complex products and work credibly with Product and Engineering.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data literacy, including defining and interpreting key business metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead senior partners across departments without formal authority.
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity, with a willingness to build, test, and iterate quickly.
