About the Role
Apartment Service Tech II at Windsor South Congress, a 308-unit garden-style apartment community. Successful candidates may come from various maintenance backgrounds and require intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available for on-call emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
- Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
- Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents
- EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations
- The company participates in the federal government’s E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $21.02 - $26.28 per hour
- Annual Starting Comp: $43,721 - $54,662
