About the Role
As a Label Room Technician, you will manage label inventory and ensure the correct labels are issued, tracked, and stored for production. You will maintain a clean and organized label room, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and support accurate documentation. Your attention to detail is crucial for the safe and consistent delivery of products.
Responsibilities
- Manage label inventory and printed components
- Issue correct labels for production and reconcile returns
- Monitor label revisions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized label room
- Complete paperwork and data entry accurately
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Team-oriented and dependable

- 3rd shift
- Sunday - Thursday, 11:00PM - 7:30AM
Education Level
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Salary/Compensations
- $23.64 per hour (includes a $3.00/hour shift differential)
