About the Role

AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) is seeking certified special education teachers for flexible contract engagements. We provide purpose-built technology to help educators focus on students, offering innovative tools, a collaborative community, and steady referral volume across Texas districts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specially designed instruction to students with IEPs in assigned placements
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs for an assigned caseload
  • Assess student performance, track progress, and use data to inform instruction
  • Deliver small-group instruction for academically at-risk students
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators on student progress
  • Support student transitions between grades and toward graduation
  • Facilitate or participate in ARD committee meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation meeting district and state requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • Valid Texas certification in Special Education and applicable content area
  • Prior experience in a special education classroom setting
  • Background check clearing for public school settings
